New entry's usually save with no issues, but sometimes things happen. If you have a syncing issue, you will see a little orange circle inside of the little sync button (top right) the little circle arrow thing. You will need to "reset changes"

Click on the menu icon (top left) And you will see this screen. When it appears click the reset changes button. This will clear any changes you were trying to make. Issues like this typically only occur when I have a goof in the coding. I'm constantly doing functionality checks, so issues should be few and far between. You can go back into the same menu screen and submit feedback. Tell me which app you were using, what section had an issue, and the basics of what you were trying to do.
