Customers who actually truly appreciate us, sometimes cause unintentional harm
If drivers don't know how to navigate the dispatching algorithm
It can cause some real issues

Quite often you are dispatched only 1 order at a time
This poses no real issues
It's all GPS guided, so drivers don't usually get lost
If it took long, the order dispatch was probably late
This is the number 1 annoying thing drivers deal with
The app tells us we are on time, but since it took long
You understandably just think it was your drivers fault
I've actually had a 30 minute wait time in a restaurant

Double orders
Sometimes 2 orders from the same restaurant
Or 2 orders that the houses are close together
But if 1 of the restaurants is late making the food
Well now both orders are going to be late

Add On Orders
This is where drivers can really get themselves in trouble
After you accept a delivery
On your way to, or in the restaurant
If it's a busy time of day
The algorithm will offer you other orders
But a lot of the stuff it offers
Is just not compatible with your first delivery
But it's extra money
So some drivers just accept away
But it can really hurt customer service
Because your just going to make orders late
And this lateness absolutely is the drivers fault
Nobody's getting rich out here
