Phase Two is a little tricky,
Because it's a strange combination of being super fair with drivers. First giving them the information, time, and tools to change. And spreading that "whyitip" thing wide enough. So that new drivers start seeing it their first day delivering. No more new drivers screwing things up for two weeks, then quitting. Then the process continues with another new replacement driver. Customers you deserve way better than that.
But then also giving customers the power of Thor, to push those persistent bad drivers off of the platforms.
The hard part is that drivers are only going to listen to customers united, not just a few hundred customers backing something. But if they see millions of you are backing these service procedures. Well I'm pretty sure that will kick their brains into high gear.
How Are We Going To Hit That Number?
With a couple of apps I've created available on the Google Play Store.
There's the customer app that is 100% free FOREVER. No pesky ads, and no in app purchases.
Before we go any further explaining the customer app, I know you're skeptical like "free, ya whatever Man"
My money will come from the driver apps I have created. My app offers them awesome tools they need but don't have, also after seeing how many customers have downloaded the customer app. It will be the easiest decision ever for them to download my driver app, that only cost like 2 bucks a Month. The problem is this, there can't be 1,000 people offering an app like mine. It's gotta be just one app that connects all of us customers, drivers, and merchants alike.
That's why I can't reveal the customer apps true super power, until after enough customers have downloaded it for FREE. If other creators copy me and make apps like mine, it will kill the effectiveness of the whole thing.
My driver / shopper app will be the ultimate training guide for drivers / shoppers. Those who follow the advice will make their customers super happy campers.
My driver app will cover some MAJOR gaps in the navigation systems currently offered to us. I built my own GPS app that was a game changer in my delivery process. It will offer Nationwide ability's coast to coast within the United States, drivers will now have access to it.
My driver app will help those who do grocery shops, in a major way. Not going to reveal that secret just yet, but it's awesome.
My driver app will offer a de cluttered database of answers for situations that come up day to day. It can take 20 minutes on the phone with support sometimes. To get an answer another driver could of given you in two seconds. The problem is you're waiting for your food that 20 minutes while we're on with support.
Drivers will have the ability to post information specific about your locality. Sometimes there's certain merchants we avoid going to, or areas of town based on changing traffic during different times of the day. Or areas that are too far out of town to be profitable, so drivers tend not to accept the offers
And that's not even everything it will offer, the point is my goal is to make things better
BACK TO THE CUSTOMER APP
It's going to give you all the details about how these apps really work, knowing some little things beforehand will prevent bigger issues. It's really a full deconstruction of the business that you probably won't read, but there if you want to.
And of course once we hit the target goal for downloads. It's most powerful capabilities will be unleashed for customers to use.
Remember that download count will be the motivation for drivers to actually listen to what customers are saying. The app is free so lets get the download count to sky rocket quick OK folks.
